The role – Purchase Ledger Invoices for contractors & suppliers Invoice Queries Run Purchase Ledger Reports check & validate for Payment Communicate effectively via phone & email with customers, retailers & consumers Sales Ledger Invoicing General filing & archiving General administration Answering & transferring incoming calls Person specification – Must have excellent accuracy & attention to detail. Excellent communication skills. Self-motivated & resilient with a positive outlook and willing to rise to the challenge.
