BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT LEAD – EPM SOLUTIONS RSM is committed to helping our clients grow and to control their businesses effectively. A key part of this is our clients’ growing demand for assistance with Corporate Performance Management (CPM, also known as EPM) solutions. These solutions help our clients to maintain control of their budgeting, forecasting and financial reporting as their businesses grow. In order to deepen RSM’s services in this space, we are partnering with leading EPM solution vendors. Where permissible, RSM will act as a EPM solution reseller to our clients as well as providing EPM solution implementation and support services. This builds off deep expertise and experience which RSM already possesses in the US. The opportunities for similar services in the UK are growing and RSM is committed to taking advantage of these as our clients’ needs for assistance with budgeting, planning and financial control solutions grows. The successful individual will lead all of RSM’s EPM solutions pre-sales including: working closely with the TMC marketing & BD lead to develop EPM campaigns working closely with RSM’s sector teams to raise awareness of our EPM services in ways that correspond with our clients’ sector-specific needs developing a close working relationship with our chosen EPM software partners and aligning our EPM BD activity with theirs leveraging the firm’s existing client base to develop and convert EPM opportunities – covering both EPM software and EPM implementation/support services generating and converting new EPM prospects for the firm closely matching our EPM solution to the client’s business needs, challenges and requirements working with the EPM lead to ensure an alignment of our EPM pipeline with our EPM implementation capability building close working relations with partners and staff in other departments, particularly Accounting & Financial Advisory, Corporate Finance and Outsourcing representing the firm in the wider market with regard to EPM leading practices.
