Casual Event Security Professionals Manchester & Liverpool Pay rate: £10 – £15 p/hr depending on the role and experience We are an event safety consultancy and training company based in Manchester, UK but serve the UK and Worldwide. We have recently introduced a new service within our business to provide event security personnel at events across the UK. We are looking for highly experienced Casual Event Security Professionals to join our ELITE security team who can deliver an outstanding service for our current and future clients. The roles we are recruiting for are: Event Security Managers Senior Supervisors Supervisors Door Supervisors The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years’ experience in the role for which they are applying for and have excellent interpersonal and communication skills. It’s an exciting time to join the company, with the event security team being in its infancy, you will be working directly alongside Senior Management. It’s a great opportunity for those who want to pursue event security as a career as you will get full exposure to their knowledge and experience which they are more than willing to share with those who are motivated to progress within the industry. We are advocates of investing in people and will provide training to close any skill gaps for the right people. Our Senior Management Team started working in the industry as Safety Stewards & Door Supervisors and they respect how challenging the working environment can be. If you come on board you can be safe in the knowledge that staff welfare and safety is the highest priority for us. We aren’t looking to build a team to just supply numbers of people. We want to create one of the best and most sought-after Event Security Teams in the North West. This means that we are being extremely selective on who we bring on board so you will be working amongst capable and competent colleagues. The type of person we are looking for: 2 years’ + experience in working at large scale events of any kind Quick learner Can think on their feet Adaptable to different working environments Calm and assertive in conflict situations Trustworthy Team player Self-motivated and willing to up-skill where necessary Takes the job seriously even if it’s a source of second income SIA License preferred but not essential. We may offer SIA training for the right candidates but this will be discussed during the interview.
