Employee Relations Advisor Temporary

Job Advert Ready to hit the ground running, you will become part of a team that specialises in the provision of a top class support and advice service to managers and employees on all aspects of employee relations. Contributing to the effective and efficient operation of our service, you will play a vital role in maintaining customer satisfaction whilst ensuring compliance with policies, procedures, legislation and best practice. On a daily basis, you will be involved in providing advice to all stakeholders on absence, discipline, grievance, performance management, harassment and partake in the review of policies and procedures, equal pay and job evaluation. Educated to degree level or equivalent, you will be eligible for membership of the CIPD and will have significant experience of working as an HR professional, providing advice and working in partnership with managers, employees and trade unions. With detailed knowledge of employment law and its practical application across a range of areas, you will be an excellent communicator and be able to advise on the application of policies, procedures, systems and processes. You will also bring good project management skills, well developed research skills, be numerate and IT literate and have excellent planning, organisational and analytical skills. On a personal basis, you will be team orientated, innovate and creative, able to build good working relationships and cope with a demanding workload whilst maintaining high standards of work.
