Reporting to the Group HR Director, you will – Operate as a stand alone HR Manager, providing business as usual support Review the People Strategy, suggest and implement any improvements Collaborate with colleagues on a variety of strategic projects working across resourcing, employee relations, talent development and reward to achieve people change within the business Manage relationships with the leadership team, coaching and challenging where appropriate Liaise closely with the Unions, supporting to engage them on partnership requirements and facilitate change activity as appropriate We’re looking for a senior HR professional who will – Be proactive and positive in approach, enjoy making proposals for change, then implementing them Have a strong manufacturing background Be well experienced in working with Unions Drive expertise and consistency Enjoy developing and mentoring the HR Advisor Have the agility to work across all levels
