The team use Oracle, Annex and Workday systems for day to day tasks so experience in these systems are advantageous and should be highlighted in your application Role Description: The role requires personal assistant experience including diary management, hotel bookings, expenses, administration duties, printing and meeting room management and other skills associated with supporting senior members of staff. Proven experience assisting senior members of staff in previous roles is advantageous as you will be expected to be able pick up the role easily and support in this busy team. If successful you will act as PA support to 2-3 heads of department as well as providing support to the wider team of 12-15 people, time management and ability operate seamlessly under this pressure are an essential quality needed for the role Role Specifications: Pay rate: £19.93 per hour Location: Central London Job Title: PA/ EA to heads of department Role length: 6 months (to cover secondment, possibility of extension) Please note: Due to the client agreements in place a full vetting procedure with an SLA of 15 days is required prior to start.
