Senior Business Support Assistant – All Age Learning Disabilities Team – Guildford or Woking

Job Details £22,233 per annum for 36 hours per week. This position will be based in either Guildford Borough Council or Quadrant Court, Woking. The details of the work base will be discussed further at interview. This is a fixed term contract until the 31 March 2021. About the Role We are a currently developing the new All Age Learning Disability team for Adult Services within the organisation and these positions provide an exciting opportunity to help progress the team, as we evolve in the future to meet our new objectives. We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic, hard working and committed Senior Business Support Assistant to join our busy but friendly team. You must be an excellent communicator, have good organisational skills and be able to provide first class customer service and administrative support. You need to be a good all rounder in office disciplines as there will be some finance work linked to Invoicing, also letter writing with mail shots, diary management, arranging meeting and minute taking will also be required along with additional administrative duties The role requires a high degree of confidentiality, you will need to be flexible and there will be a need on occasions to work under pressure. The successful applicant should have good time management skills and show an aptitude for the usually office IT applications including Word, Excel and Lotus Notes. Other applications used include SAP, SRM, LAS/ContrOCC but full training would be available if needed.
