Job Description Leisure & Culture Dundee is a Scottish Charitable Incorporated Organisation (SCIO) SC042421. It was established by Dundee City Council in July 2011 to deliver leisure, sports, library, information and cultural services for the city. Working 15 hours per week (Monday & Tuesday) within the Caird Hall, you will assist with all tasks relating to Administration for the Caird Hall, Music Development and coordinate casual staff for events. Requirements You will have an HND or equivalent in Business Administration. Responsibilities To assist with all Administration tasks for the Caird Hall, Dundee City Box Office and Music Development, To coordinate casual staff for events The Individual You will have experience of working in a pressured office environment, have excellent organisational skills and be able to work under pressure and to deadlines. You will also be computer literate with experience of creating and maintaining spreadsheets and databases. Have experience in developing effective office systems, and managing a pool of casual staff. You will have experience of dealing with the public and have good communication skills. Occasional evening and weekend work and the ability to extend the working day to meet deadlines may be required, with a willingness to undertake training and development.
